Consumer competences?

We teach a broad set of abilities, knowledge and skills which help consumers to make sound economic decisions in today’s complex marketplace. The competences we teach are aimed at enhancing the overall consumer experience and as such at increasing the general level of customer satisfaction

Consumer science?

Our focus is to challenge the traditional views on consumer thinking and to develop new insights into consumer behaviour. Our goal is to combine the views of consumer rights organizations and market research companies in thematic areas (environment, food choice, overspending…) and to provide data and conclusions which are of real interest to today’s customers.

Consumer welfare?

We are convinced that a customer-centric approach is the way forward. By putting the consumer at the center of our research we are able to develop insights which will guide him through today’s challenging economic environment. By studying the economy from a consumer perspective, our findings make a positive contribution to consumer welfare.
